Data will be stored for two years after the last time a data subject contacts The ND Harbour, or uses The ND Harbour’s services, or until that data subject requests for their data to be erased, whichever is sooner. Data will be retained to enable the data subject to regain access to The ND Harbour’s services after a break, and to provide information to external bodies with appropriate authority if required.

Data relating to healthcare will be stored for eight years after the data subject’s last treatment. The right to erasure may not apply to healthcare records.
