Take Off - peer-led organisation providing peer support and social groups in various locations around Kent including Canterbury, Ashford, and Thanet.
Canterbury Umbrella - drop in mental health support in St Peter's Place, Canterbury. Open Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
Mental Health Matters Safe Havens - drop in emotional support for anyone age 16+. Locations in Canterbury, Medway, Thanet, and Maidstone. Margate & Medway locations open 24/7. Other safe havens open 6pm-11pm.
East Kent Mind Crisis Cafe - drop in service based in Ramsgate offering emotional support. Open 6pm-9:30pm seven days a week.
West Kent Mind Solace Cafe - emotional support in Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, and Tunbridge Wells. Opening days and times vary. Contact before attending.
Kent Sheds - take part in practical activities to combat loneliness and isolation. Originally established to help men's mental health, but men and women can attend. Sheds are based at a number of locations across Kent.
FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE:
Kent Resiliance Hub - resource for support for young people and parents. Website contains self-help information and signposting.
Mind and Body in Kent - supports children and young adults who are at risk of self-harming or struggling with mental well-being. Ages 13-25. Self-refer or refer your child online or via phone.
SNAAP - Special Needs Advisory & Activities Project. Based in Herne Bay, SNAAP offer holiday activities, family support, and more.
AUTISM SPECIFIC:
Kent Autistic Trust - services for children and adults with autism in Kent.
The Autism Apprentice - offer advice for parents supporting a child/young person with autism, also organise coffee mornings and stay and play sessions. Based in Sheppey but a lot of services available online.
Advocacy for All - All Together Autistic peer support groups - monthly peer support groups for adults with autism. Also arrange social and other events.
Autism South East - based in North West Kent, they run many different support and activity groups and provide information for autistic families.
West Kent Mind - ASD Carers' Support Group - support group for parents and carers of autistic children. Self-refer to attend.
Autism Central - Aspens - based in Pembury, Kent. Support for children, adults, and families.
Space 2 Be Me - working across Kent to support children and young people from birth to age 25 with additional needs. There are stay and play and other groups for children of all ages in Maidstone and Tonbridge.
Pysxis - Pyxis provide one to one mentoring and social groups for young people in Canterbury.
ADHD SPECIFIC:
Adult ADHD Support Group Canterbury - peer support group that meets regularly in the evenings in Canterbury.

Clair's Parents Meeting Parents ADHD - parent led support groups with groups in Ashford, Bexley, Bromley, Deal, Folkestone, Orpington, and Sheppey.
